Today my time that was not spent at work was spent in one of my favorite places... my bed.

Shower gift finished and drying. A week early too!

So I got to the end of the body of this baby cardigan and don't like the huge flair of it.. So I pulled it apart and ripped back and knit it with an increase row every 4 rows instead if every 2. Much better. Only thing left is the cuffs for the sleeves and blocking.

Dinner with Jenny, Don and Kate, then drinks with the mag six girls. A great end to a busy week. I was very tempted to take this cutie home with me.

Although I did knit today, it wasn't photo worthy, so Bella steped in with her usual cuteness. And sometimes, I'm still amazed at the iPhone's camera.

Cookin dinner and filling out the census. The knitting part of my brain is still on vacation after all the classes with Margaret last weekend.

Although I was feeling yucky today, it was beautiful outside. I can't wait for spring.

The problem I gave with knitting around people is that I get to talking and not watching what I'm doing and end up having to rip back to fix mistakes. Which is what I did yesterday and had to fix today.

Day 53, March 13

Day two of our knitting workshop with Margaret. Today's classes were 7 things that can make of break a sweater and a sampling if stitches. I learned a lot and had a great time. Although, I'm exausted and my brain is on overload.

Day 52, March 12

Today was the first day of our knitting workshop, mosaics and advanced finishing. I learned so much, from slip stitch knitting to short rows to grafting and tubular cast on and bind off. A great day of knitting.

Day 51, March 11

Day 1 of our knitting workshop weekend. I spent most of today on the road driving to Charlotte with Kim to pick up Margaret Fisher.

Day 50, March 10

Finished 6 of the 7 homework swatches.

Day 49, March 9

Finally started my homework for these Margaret Fisher knitting classes. Finished 3 put of 8 swatches needed.

Day 48, March 8

I started working on Julie's shower gift again.. Really just procrastinating doing the homework for the upcoming Margaret Fisher classes. That's on my lust for tomorrow.

Day 47, March 7

I spent the day cleaning and doing some computer stuff for the knitting workshop next weekend. The only visual thing I did today was finish up the knitting journal cards for the project boxes.

Day 46, March 6

Tonight we went the Addy awards. It's an annual local graphic design/advertising award show. This year it was a mascrade theme, and we won a Silver Addy for a job for the honors college I designed.

Day 45, March 5

I didn't actually take a picture today, but Jordan sent me this saying it would be us in 40 years. I'd say he's right on, except he would have a pipe not a cigarette.

All the free stuff for our knitting workshop has taken over my kitchen table. I guess it's a good problem, but I'm glad it's less than two weeks away.
